POST/v1/rates

Live quotes from every carrier service that ships one parcel from Thailand to the destination — the same quotes the CONNEX checkout shows the store's shoppers. Requires rates:read. Quote the packed parcel — box dimensions and total weight — not individual items.

Body parameters

Countrystringrequired: Destination, ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 (USA, GBR, JPN).
Weightintegerrequired: Billable weight in grams — the greater of the scale weight and the volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000 kg). Sending the scale weight alone under-quotes bulky parcels.
ActualWeightinteger: Scale weight in grams.
Lengthintegerrequired: Parcel length in cm, rounded up.
Widthintegerrequired: Parcel width in cm, rounded up.
Heightintegerrequired: Parcel height in cm, rounded up.

Query parameters

include_fbaboolean: Include Amazon FBA (seller-to-warehouse) services. Left out by default — they are not a delivery option to offer a shopper.

Each option in data[] — sorted cheapest first

idstring: Service code. Send it back when you book the shipment on this option.
namestring: Customer-facing service name — show this.
carrierstring | null: The delivering carrier, e.g. FedEx, UPS.
serviceLevelstring | null: The carrier’s own id for the service level.
typestring | null: express, standard or allin (duties and taxes included).
logoUrlstring | null: Service logo, absolute URL.
deliveryDaysobject: { min, max } transit days; either may be null. deliveryEstimate is the same window as text, e.g. "3 - 6 days".
priceMoney: What to charge for this option — shipping plus every surcharge. priceBreakdown itemises it.
dutiesIncludedboolean: true when import duties and taxes are paid inside price. false means they are not included — collect or quote them separately.
maxDeclaredValueMoney | null: Highest declared value this option carries. Hide options whose ceiling is below the order’s value. null means no ceiling.
freePickupboolean: The carrier collects from the sender at no charge.
recommendedboolean: Flagged as a recommended option.
notestring | null: A carrier restriction worth showing beside the option, verbatim — it may not be in English.

Amounts are Money objects — { "amount": 2339, "currency": "THB" }. Rates are quoted in THB today; always read currency rather than assuming it, and convert on your side before showing another currency.
